Can I change my monthly subscription anytime?

Absolutely! Your membership is fully flexible, and you can make changes whenever you need. Just reach out to our Customer Support team by email or phone, and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It’s super simple! Contact us online, email or give us a call, and the team will take care of it. Any tickets you’ve already purchased will still be eligible for upcoming Prize Home draws, but you’ll no longer have access to member-only bonus draws or benefits.

Are my chances of winning higher as a Star Supporter?
