Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promotion is conducted by:

1. Endeavour Foundation Limited ABN 80 009 670 704, of 33 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill, QLD 4170 (Endeavour Foundation); and
2. Flight Centre Travel Group Limited trading as Cruiseabout, ABN 25 003 377 188, of 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane, QLD 4101 (Cruiseabout),

each a Promoter and together the Promoters.

Endeavour Foundation is the administering promoter and is responsible for the conduct of the draw, permits, record-keeping and complaints handling.

2. Promotion Name

Win the Ultimate Cruise Escape Promotion.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on 14 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 7 September 2026 (Promotional Period).

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Entrants must not be residents of any jurisdiction where the promotion is unlawful.

Employees, directors, officers and immediate family members of the Promoters, associated agencies, prize suppliers and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Immediate family includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

1. Visit the official promotion landing page: more.endeavourlotteries.com.au/cruiseabout-promo;
2. Complete the online entry form with the required details, including first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth and postcode;
3. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to marketing; and
4. Submit the completed form.

Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries using different identities or email addresses may be deemed invalid.

6. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter this promotion.

7. Prize

There is one (1) major prize to be won, consisting of:

• a cruise holiday package supplied by Cruiseabout valued at AUD $5,000; and
• cash spending money of AUD $5,000 supplied by Endeavour Lotteries.

Total prize pool value: AUD $10,000.

8. Prize Conditions

Cruise prize conditions

The Cruiseabout component of the prize will be fulfilled as a $5,000 Cruiseabout voucher, issued digitally to the winner following prize acceptance. The voucher is redeemable against any cruise holiday booked through Cruiseabout and is subject to the conditions below.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Bookings must be made through Cruiseabout in store or by phone prior to the voucher expiry date. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

The cruise booking is subject to:

• availability at the time of booking;
• the booking terms and conditions of the relevant cruise supplier;
• travel date availability at the time of booking;
• cabin category determined by availability at the time of booking; and
• any exclusions specified by Cruiseabout or the relevant cruise supplier.

If a companion is included in the prize, the winner and companion must travel together on all prize travel.

Travel insurance is not included in the prize and must be funded by the winner, whether from the prize voucher, the prize cash or their own funds. Any required passports, visas or other travel documentation are also not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The cruise component of the prize is fulfilled by Cruiseabout and is subject to Cruiseabout's standard booking terms and conditions and the terms of the relevant cruise supplier. Cruiseabout's booking terms and conditions are available at cruiseabout.com.au/terms-conditions.

The Promoters are not responsible for changes to cruise itineraries, cancellations or supplier-imposed restrictions beyond their reasonable control.

Neither Cruiseabout nor Endeavour Foundation is liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. The winner is responsible for ensuring the voucher is redeemed in accordance with these conditions, including the 12-month expiry date.

9. Draw Details

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at Endeavour Lotteries, 33 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill, QLD 4170, on 8 September 2026 at 11:00am AEST.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

Winner details (surname, initial and postcode) may be published on the Promoters' websites and/or social channels where permitted by law.

11. Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, unless otherwise specified by applicable permit conditions.

If the winner does not respond to notification attempts within 14 days, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Redraw (if required)

If the prize is not claimed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, an unclaimed prize redraw will occur at the same location on 7 October 2026 at 11:00am AEST.

Any redraw winner will be contacted within two (2) business days.

13. Entry Validation

The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and entrant identity.

The Promoters may disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with the entry process;
• submits false or misleading information;
• uses automated entries; or
• breaches these Terms & Conditions.

14. Technical Issues

The Promoters are not responsible for:

• lost, late or misdirected entries;
• technical malfunctions;
• internet failures;
• corrupted submissions; or
• incomplete entries.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to that, each Promoter is responsible for its own acts and omissions. Neither Promoter is responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party prize suppliers beyond its reasonable control.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters are not liable for:

• personal injury;
• loss or damage;
• travel disruption;
• tax consequences; or
• third-party supplier issues.

Winners should seek independent financial or tax advice if required.

16. Privacy

Personal information is collected jointly by the Promoters for the purpose of administering this promotion.

Where an entrant has expressly consented, their personal information may be shared between the Promoters and service providers assisting with the promotion for marketing and prize fulfilment purposes.

Each Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy:

Entrants' personal information is collected for the purposes of:

• administering this promotion;
• verifying eligibility;
• prize fulfilment; and

17. Marketing Consent

Where an entrant opts in, they consent to receive promotional communications from Endeavour Lotteries and Cruiseabout via email, SMS and/or phone.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe facility in communications, or by contacting the relevant Promoter.

18. Force Majeure

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to events beyond reasonable control, including pandemic, natural disaster, system outage or government restriction, the Promoters may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.

20. Promoter Decisions

Subject to applicable law, all decisions by the Promoters regarding this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
